VOX MGMT Terms of Service

Welcome to VOX MGMT. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules and expectations for working with us. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

VOX MGMT offers consulting, management, strategy, and brand development for content creators, streamers, and digital personalities.
Each client’s scope of work, deliverables, and payment schedule will be detailed in a written proposal or project outline before services begin.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information to help us complete our work effectively.
Respond to messages and feedback requests in a reasonable timeframe.
Keep any private strategies or materials shared by VOX MGMT confidential unless we provide written permission to share them.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments must follow the schedule listed in your invoice or agreement.
Payments are non-refundable once services have been delivered unless stated otherwise in writing.

If a payment is late, VOX MGMT reserves the right to pause or end services until payment is received.

4. Ownership and Usage Rights

All systems, templates, and strategic materials created by VOX MGMT remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted permission to use these materials for their own brand or business only.
Redistributing, reselling, or sharing our proprietary methods without approval is not allowed.

5. Promotional Use of Results

By working with VOX MGMT, you grant us permission to use examples of your successes or wins for marketing and educational purposes.

This may include:

Screenshots of analytics, charts, or growth metrics that resulted from our work.
Screenshots or excerpts of positive messages, testimonials, or performance results.

We will **never** use or share:

Messages or images that contain personal or private information.
Negative, confidential, or incriminating content that could harm your reputation.

This permission is granted by default and is only revoked if the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect any confidential or sensitive information shared during our collaboration.

This includes strategies, data, and proprietary materials.

These confidentiality obligations continue even after the project or relationship ends.

7. Limitation of Liability

VOX MGMT is not responsible for any lack of results if our strategy and guidance is not being applied.

While we can provide the tools necessary to help clients grow, not everyone is willing to act upon the advice given. And so, results are not guaranteed, it's up to you.

We can teach someone to fish but they must get up and fish.

We can give you the treasure map but you must walk the path.

8. Termination

Either party may end the working relationship at any time with written notice.

Clients are responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date.

In the event of a termination from either side all content servers and the server contents remain property of VOX MGMT.

9. Updates to these Terms

VOX MGMT may update these Terms when necessary.

The latest version will always be available on our website or can be provided upon request.
